As a proud McD alum, Hayoung Kim spent a little over a decade dedicating herself to working for companies that support higher education institutions across the globe.
Proud McD Alum
Graduated from McDaniel College in 2013 and obtained Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with International Studies. During her time at McD, she has won Newman Civic Fellowship (2013), Grisswold-Zepp Award in Volunteerism (2012), Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholars Scholarship (2011), Freeman Asia Award (2011), Jane M. Prichard Memorial Award (2011) and The Student Government Association (SGA) Award (2011).
Higher Ed Enthusiast
Since graduating from McD, Hayoung has dedicated her time to working for companies that provide services to higher education institutions across the globe. She has also traveled to Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Europe, the U.K., Canada, Indonesia, and Thailand to promote the U.S. education system. Additionally, she has worked to develop products to support higher education in shaping their courses to equip students with skills that are relevant to today's job market.
Entrepreneur & Marketer
Hayoung started her own venture, UrPath LLC, in October 2023 to provide services to higher education institutions with global recruitment strategies as well as B2C/B2B marketing plans. She is also a founder of Skillfi.ai, a powerful AI tool that supports students' job application process to improve their chances of scheduling their first job interview upon graduation.
