  • What are your business hours?

    We're available to assist you from Monday through Friday, between 10 AM and 7 PM EST. If you require services beyond these hours, kindly schedule an appointment in advance. We understand that many of our customers are based in different time zones outside the U.S. While we'll make every effort to accommodate your schedule, please note that all our staff members are located in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, so there may be limitations during certain hours.

  • Do I need permission from my parents (or a legal guardian) to speak with you if I am under the age of 18?

    Yes, if you are under the age of 18, we will send you a parent's consent form to speak with UrPath staff prior to our meeting. The form needs to be signed by your legal guardian to proceed with our Zoom meeting, or your legal guardian can be present during our call. When you submit the "Contact Us" form above, please indicate that you are under the age of 18. 

  • Can I schedule a meeting without my legal guardian's consent form?

    Unfortunately, we cannot speak to a minor without the consent form. 

  • I am a legal guardian. Is there an option where I can come with my child?

  • How do you select your partner schools?

    UrPath's staff conducts thorough research to ensure that all partner schools are not only academically strong but also safe environments for our students. Whenever possible, our staff visits the actual campuses to confirm that they are the right partners to collaborate with. Additionally, UrPath's staff holds regular meetings with partner schools to ensure that we stay up-to-date with the latest information.
